March 04, 2021 - Müller - Die lila Logistik AG with strong second half of 2020
MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK achieved a solid result in the 2020 year, despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. According to preliminary figures, the group's sales in the 2020 financial year were around €133 million (previous year: €138.8 million). With an operating profit (EBIT) of around €3.8 million, a solid result was achieved for 2020. Considering the production shutdowns of individual customers in the second quarter of 2020, business development was extremely satisfactory from management's point of view, especially in the second half of the year. The preliminary figures are subject to final changes in the context of the currently ongoing annual audit. The annual report for 2020 will be published on March 31, 2021 as planned.

The change of legal form for the logistics service provider Müller | DIE LILA LOGISTIK into a European public limited company (Societas Europaea, SE) has taken place with the entry into the commercial register on March 2, 2021 under the new commercial register number HRB 777931. This is associated with the change to a monistic constitution of the new SE, whereby more efficient decision-making processes should support the future growth of the group.

MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK presented its figures for the 2017 financial year on Thursday in Besigheim. The companies consolidated in the group increased their sales revenue by 2.6% in the past financial year to around € 142.4 million (previous year: € 138.8 million). With an operating result in the group of € 4.0 million, a solid level was again achieved. The Management Board and Supervisory Board intend to propose to the Annual General Meeting, on May 15, 2018, a dividend of € 0.25 per dividend-bearing share (previous year: € 0.30).

The companies consolidated in the group increased their sales revenues by 4.9 percent to € 138.8 million in the past financial year (previous year: € 132.4 million). With an operating result in the group of € 5.2 million, a good level was again achieved. The Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose atthe Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2017, to maintain the dividend of Müller - Die lila Logistik AG at € 0.30 per share, as in the previous year.

Müller - lila Logistik AG, the international logistics service provider headquartered in Besigheim, increased its sales in the first six months of 2015 by 13.8% to a total of € 64,696,000, compared to € 56,864,000 in the previous year. At the end of the period, the operating result before interest and taxes (EBIT) generated amounted to € 1,778 thousand (previous year: € 1,676 thousand). The EBIT for the first half of 2015 includes a profit share of € 431 thousand before taxes from the sale of the shares in Emporias Verwaltung GmbH and Emporias Management Consulting GmbH & Co. KG as of January 1, 2015.
