Note on the packaging law

MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK assumes that you, as a manufacturer and/or dealer, have fulfilled your obligation to register with the Central Office (LUCID) in accordance with §9 of the German Packaging Act and that you comply with your data reporting obligation in accordance with §10 of the German Packaging Act.

MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK requires that your corresponding packaging materials participate in a dual system. This also applies to packaging materials placed on the market by MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK on your behalf, such as shipping boxes, shrink-wrap foils, etc.

If you wish MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK to participate in a dual system for your reported quantities, this must be agreed separately. This must be ordered in writing. Reporting to LUCID (Central Office) cannot be carried out for you by third parties (MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK).

If you are obliged to submit a declaration of completeness, the check is carried out by your company on its own responsibility.
