With our intelligent warehouse management system (e.g. pick-by-light/pick-by-voice), our employees carefully and mindfully execute every order - so that exactly the right thing is shipped in the end. And for this, our automated quality control, individualized for each customer, checks every single item.
In manual and mechanical assembly, what belongs together comes together: individually delivered components are assembled manually according to specifications in a single- or multi-piece process. Whether it's product sets, kit packaging, display construction and assembly, very small quantities or services such as price labeling and shipping packages - we make it possible.
Packaging solutions individually adapted to volume and weight allow every conceivable shipment. If required, also including zip code optimization and address preparation - and with an optimal shipping route for the client with renowned service providers, including track & trace.
Regardless of whether the product has a defect at the end customer (complaint) or the POS returns unsold goods: All products are retrieved, checked and re-stocked with a fast and efficient returns management. We also provide support in this area with individualized reporting.
Added value is well and truly in the details. So we inspect the goods, prepare them, label them (incl. anti-theft devices), make them ready for sale and thus ensure end customer satisfaction.
Our own warehouse management system enables us to respond flexibly and precisely to the individual needs of our customers. Everything from a single source and modular.
We develop and operate customized and centralized disposal solutions for you - across regions and national borders for any packaging materials. In terms of optimal transport packaging, we either prefer reusable systems or minimize the packaging in order to not only reduce the unpacking effort in the store/at the POS, but also to optimize the final disposal of the packaging materials.
