The order management system takes into account all agreed conditions, such as payment terms or discounts, as well as response numbers, in order to know at the end how the order came about. We archive all order transactions and thus keep all data up-to-date and ready for retrieval at any time. In addition, we offer publishers the option of a mail-order consortium. This means that shipments are bundled. This meets the expectations of the book trade and reduces the proportion of cash orders.

Invoicing

Invoicing in the publishing sector, and especially in the end customer business, requires one thing above all: fast response. That's why we invoice not only at night, but also during the day, giving us - and thus our customers - a time advantage that your customers will appreciate.
If we receive an order in the morning, the product is usually at the customer's premises the following day. Including the invoice. Invoicing pools also create advantages: We bundle invoices and deliveries for up to 70 publishers - an attractive advantage that reduces both postage and incoming goods costs.

Returns management

Returns should not be seen as a mere nuisance, but as an opportunity for customer loyalty. That is why MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK has developed and implemented a fast and efficient returns management system. And designs the corresponding processes in terms of goods inspection, repair, repackaging and 2nd choice handling absolutely customer-oriented. Especially in the end customer business, it is important to know why your customer is returning goods. For this reason, we can provide you with statistics on the reasons for returns on request.

Accounts Receivable Management

Our comprehensive accounts receivable management not only records open items, it also ensures cleanly managed accounts receivable and smooth payment transactions. Strictly monitored deadlines and incoming payments provide us with a structured overview at all times. If necessary, we use a dunning system with up to three dunning levels or carry out individual dunning correspondence. To ensure that our customers are kept fully informed, they can request monthly statements of open items or the legally required accounting documents.

Publishing service

MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK is a renowned distributor with individual solutions for every publisher. In our MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK publishing service team, we take care of order acceptance, delivery and sell the products on behalf of the publisher, but in our own name and for our own account. In addition, deliveries and invoices can be bundled - a particular advantage for small and medium-sized publishers.

Print on Demand

Together with our production partner CPI, we handle the production of print products on an as-needed basis - and thus the interface between warehousing and merchandise management.
So if a book project is difficult to calculate, the publisher can have very small quantities produced and thus keep the product available for as long as he wants. This frees them from minimum print runs and high storage and transport costs. And best of all: once transferred to us, the processes work automatically: production, shipping, incoming goods - smooth processes guaranteed.

Online-Payment

Anyone who wants to be involved in e-commerce today must offer various online payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, debit cards, direct debit and the like. With our partners Computop as payment provider and ConCardis as acquirer, we offer complete processes with integrated solutions for online payment/fraud prevention. This allows us to implement the connection of a Computop Paygate quickly and with little effort.

Reporting

We offer qualified and up-to-date data and a variety of reporting/statistics. Standard evaluations are included in our services, special evaluations are possible at any time.

Agent application

We provide the field service with detailed information, master data entry and easy order entry and transmission. The import of customer and article master data as well as statistical data from external systems is easily possible via standard interfaces. The sales representative module is offered as an offline version, i.e. an installation is carried out locally at the sales representative.

Subscription service

From creation and data maintenance to delivery according to publisher specifications, we take care of your entire subscription management. We determine the most favorable shipping method for you and invoice according to publisher specifications: from weekly to semi-annual to annual - everything is possible!

Picking

It is a system developed over decades with which our employees carefully and attentively execute every order - so that in the end exactly what was ordered at the beginning ends up in the shipping cartons. Pick-by-light/pick-by-voice processes are used. An individualized quality control is implemented for each customer, where the individual items are automatically checked.

Packing and shipping

Packaging solutions individually adapted to volume and weight allow every conceivable shipment. If required, this also includes zip code optimization and address preparation - and with an optimal shipping route for the customer with renowned shipping service providers. The shipment is then tracked by tracking & tracing.

Warehousing

Our internal logistics control is the constantly optimized and continuously developed heart of our warehouse management - including IT-supported inventory management with permanent stocktaking. In line with the specified IT, we offer maintained pallet, small, security and bonded warehouses on an area of over 100,000 square meters.
