IT-Services
Our IT department offers comprehensive know-how for all textile transports. At the customer's request, we also create individual software developments that function away from standardized solutions: for the classic mapping of a process chain, from fabric purchasing to delivery. In this way, we develop interfaces to any merchandise management system and thus ensure a smooth exchange of data.

Cargo transportation + customs
The goods will be delivered to our warehouse? Gladly! We are responsible for the entire air, sea or land freight! Regardless of whether it's overhead transport or horizontally compacted - together with our partners, every textile finds its way to us. We also take care of the entire customs clearance - after all, MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK has its own bonded warehouse, which significantly optimizes the sometimes time-consuming customs process.
|
Quality assurance
Upon arrival of the goods, which are mostly produced in the Far East, we also carry out an initial quality control. This way, our customers can be sure that the manufacturer has produced according to the ordered and specified standards. In the subsequent textile preparation, the goods are then ironed on in an automated tunnel or by hand.

Warehousing
The textiles are now stored - as part of the warehouse management system - either in our hanging storage area or lying down in the classic small parts storage area. Storage areas that are spatially separated from the rest of the operation to maintain high dust protection expectations. In addition, each textile is shrink-wrapped to ensure maximum protection.

Fine commissioning
In our customer-focused warehouse, our employees process every order extremely conscientiously - whether single-item-based for the end customer or in large quantities for distribution to the trading centers. And for this purpose, our automated quality control, individualized for each customer, checks every single item.

Value Added Services
Added value is well and truly in the details. So we inspect the goods, label them (including anti-theft devices) and iron them, and pick, pack and, if necessary, dispose of the textiles in the interests of our customers. Only with these additions is the merchandise ready for shipment to retailers.
|
Shipping
Our four film sealing machines create individual film packages for catalogs, publications, products, promotional offers, etc. using environmentally friendly PE films. On this PE base, we can also process a polyolefin film with a three-sided weld without overlap, whose seam is laid on the side and is thus not disturbingly visible on either the front or the back.

Returns logistics
Regardless of whether the product has a defect at the end customer (complaint) or the retailer works on commission and returns unsold goods: All parts must be checked and restocked in a fast and efficient returns management. And where every end customer demands his credit note, our customer receives an individually prepared protocol about the return shipment.
