E-Shop

We provide individualized and established store solutions. A can - not a must. Our customized store solutions are already search engine optimized, database supported and at the same time open for all interfaces. In addition, they allow all documentation and reporting in your desired form.

Picking

It is a system developed over decades with which our employees carefully and attentively execute every order - so that in the end exactly what was ordered at the beginning ends up in the shipping cartons. Pick-by-Light/Pick-by-Voice. And our automated quality control system, which is individualized for each customer, checks every single item.

IT-Services

Our internal logistics control is the constantly optimized and continuously developed heart of our warehouse management - including IT-supported inventory management with permanent stocktaking. In line with the specified IT, we offer maintained pallet, small, security and bonded warehouses on an area of over 100,000 square meters.

Warehousing

Our comprehensive accounts receivable management not only records open items, it also ensures cleanly managed accounts receivable and smooth payment transactions. Strictly monitored deadlines and incoming payments provide us with a structured overview at all times. If necessary, we use a dunning system with up to three dunning levels or carry out individual dunning correspondence. To ensure that our customers are kept fully informed, they can request monthly statements of open items or the legally required accounting documents.

Packing + Shipping

Packaging solutions individually adapted to volume and weight allow every conceivable shipment.  If required, this also includes zip code optimization and address preparation - and with an optimal shipping route for the customer with renowned shipping service providers. The shipment is then tracked by tracking & tracing.

Returns management

We have also developed and implemented a fast and efficient management system for returns and designed the corresponding processes in terms of goods inspection, repair, repackaging and 2nd choice handling in a customer-oriented manner. In addition, the customer receives an individually prepared log of the reasons for the return shipment.

Accounts Receivable Management

With the introduction of e-fulfillment, we have also adapted and continuously modernized order management, invoicing and, not least, accounts receivable management to the new order channels. These include: Accounting, credit note management, dunning, collections, account management and monitoring of incoming payments.

Customer service

Around 75 permanent employees - united in customer-specific trained teams - take care of order management, invoicing, reporting and all statistics that arise. In addition, we jointly formulate an individualized quality management system. Special wishes and requirements for technology and handling can thus be documented and subsequently implemented.
