Data transfer

The import of customer address data can take place in various forms (FTP server, CD, USB, etc.) and includes all common data formats (Excel, Access, XML and many more). The data is then prepared for further internal processing with the help of our IT department. And: this data already includes all individualized specifications for subsequent production.

Address management

No matter how hard you try, every database hides outdated addresses, incorrect names/addresses or duplicates. To ensure that the recipient later receives what is intended for him - or does not receive several identical items - all address data must be optimized, corrected and updated. This is an ongoing process that includes returns as well as additional information from the shipping service providers.

Postage optimization

We have always cooperated with numerous renowned European postal service providers and can thus select the right shipping method for each customer and for each product. This shipping concept takes into account, above all, the options of speed, price and security. And of course, our efforts do not end at the continental edges, but also include worldwide shipping.

Personalization

In document processing, cover letters, flyers or brochures are given their personal touch. And this is not just about the flexible exchange of the recipient's name, but about the comprehensive individualized production and (insert) composition of entire mailings. With numerous state-of-the-art continuous and sheetfed digital presses as well as our 3-head inkjet systems, we can digitally individualize not only standard but also special formats from small to large print runs in simplex or duplex.

Finishing

Freshly personalized and printed, the print products are cut, folded, labeled and stitched. In the process, we can realize complex fold types with our folding machines and implement individual folding requests. Of course, we can also fulfill all individual customer requests for print finishing, such as the creation of loose-leaf works based on digitally provided data.

Film packaging

Our four film sealing machines create individual film packages for catalogs, publications, products, promotional offers, etc. using environmentally friendly PE films. On this PE base, we can also process a polyolefin film with a three-sided weld without overlap, whose seam is laid on the side and is thus not disturbingly visible on either the front or the back.

Enveloping

Up to eight print components are then placed in a neutral or customer-specific envelope - from DIN long to B4. Our seven inserting systems have a capacity of up to 500,000 letters. per day. The finished envelope is then usually personalized (cover sheet, cover letter, folder, etc.) before being wrapped in film. Optionally, we can match several personalized parts and perform addressing via inkjet (also read and print).

Cardboard box shipping

As a third type of packaging, machine carton shipping enables not only the fully automatic folding and filling of a carton blank, but also its sealing and addressing. And all this in one system.
