The Executive Board of MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK complements one another in their areas of expertise, perspectives, and personalities. What they share is a passion for innovation. They maintain constant communication with one another and work together to ensure a successful future for the company. This may well mean doing things differently than others. The company’s positive development in recent years speaks to the strength of this four-person team. They are supported by a Board of Directors comprising industry experts, economic specialists, and experienced company employees.

Michael Müller
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Company founder Michael Müller is the visionary and strategist behind the company. By consistently aligning the company’s services with customer needs and future opportunities, he continuously drives the company forward. For this passionate athlete, who also takes his social responsibility seriously, striving for continuous improvement is a matter of course.

- Trained as a freight forwarding specialist at Schenker
- Studied business administration with a focus on logistics at the University of Nuremberg
- Spent time abroad in Eastern Europe
- 1991: Founded what is now Müller - Die lila Logistik SE
- As CEO on the Executive Board, responsible for sales, business development, corporate development, and strategy
Rupert Früh
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Financial expert Rupert Früh thinks and acts systematically. When it comes to financial matters, he always keeps a cool head, carefully weighs the pros and cons, and makes clear decisions. To ensure the company is equipped to meet current and future challenges, he places great emphasis on employee training and professional development.

- Held staff and line management roles at Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank AG

- Since February 2003, initially as General Representative and, starting in March 2004, as CFO at Müller - Die lila Logistik SE, responsible for the Services division (Finance, Human Resources and ProcurementT)
Giritharan Sekar
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As CTO, Giritharan Sekar is responsible for the continuous advancement of processes and technology within the company. His focus is on intelligently integrating systems, data, and workflows to enable data-driven decisions and create sustainable value for the company and our customers.
Through the strategic use of modern technologies, he drives the scalability of our solutions while laying the foundation for end-to-end process optimization, sustainable growth, and a stable, future-proof strategic direction.
Efficiency, transparency, and innovative strength are at the heart of his work and strengthen the company’s long-term competitiveness in a dynamic market environment.

Linus Linder
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
IT and digital transformation expert Linus Linder takes a holistic approach and focuses on finding solutions. With a clear understanding of processes and interrelationships, he actively drives the company’s digital transformation. In doing so, he combines strategic foresight with strong operational execution and places great emphasis on efficient, secure, and future-proof IT structures.
A particular focus is on creating the conditions for effective data utilization: By establishing structured data and management frameworks, he enables real-time transparency, Control tower structures, and end-to-end, transparent logistics services—both for our customers and for internal processes.

- Studied Information Technology at the Dual University of Applied Sciences Baden-Württemberg and Business Administration (MBA) at the Nordakademie Elmshorn
- Several years of experience in both operational IT and IT management, as well as in building high-performing IT organizations, including at Borg Warner and FARO
- Managing Director at HELIX (a subsidiary of LGI Logistics Group International GmbH) and founder of the startup Teleportr
- Since 2019, initially as Head of IT and, starting in July 2026, as CIO at Müller - Die lila Logistik SE
Nikolaos Tsiberidis
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Nikolaos Tsiberidis embodies operational excellence with a clear approach: delivering results, taking responsibility, and consistently developing structures.
His leadership is characterized by a focus on performance, clarity, and accountability. He brings together people, processes, and customer requirements in a way that generates measurable performance—even amid increasing complexity.
His professional career has followed a clear trajectory with steadily increasing responsibility: from regulatory-focused areas of activity through human resources management to overall operational responsibility. This progression shapes his commitment to developing organizations in a structured manner while clearly establishing accountability for results. His motto: “Can’t” is not an option.
Key Career Milestones
- Training as a social insurance specialist, as well as continuing education to become a certified human resources specialist (IHK) and a certified business manager (DAM)
- Professional roles, including positions at the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung) and in human resources within the industrial sector
- Several years of career development at Panalpina Welttransport (Deutschland) GmbH with increasing operational responsibility—from dispatcher to customer service representative to Team Leader Warehouse Operations and Team Manager Key Account for the major client Robert Bosch
- Since 2019, has held various operational leadership roles at Müller - Die lila Logistik SE, most recently served as Managing Director with increasing responsibility for personnel and financial results
- Since July 2026, has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for operational business and performance across all locations
