Müller - Lila Logistik to Open New State-of-the-Art Facility by 2026

Besigheim, February 3, 2026 — Müller - Die lila Logistik SE continues on its
growth trajectory and announces its decision to establish another
state-of-the-art facility. The
company will begin operations at its 25th facility in Dombühl, Central Franconia, at the end of 2026.

Müller – Die lila Logistik SE, headquartered in Besigheim, is a medium-sized
logistics company with over 2,400 employees. The company has a broad presence in Contract
logistics and is one of Germany’s leading providers

The construction project developer bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH will lease approximately 52,000 m² in Dombühl to Müller - Lila Logistik as part of a build-to-suit
project.

The project is DGNB Gold certified (German Sustainable Building Council),
was developed in compliance with the EU Taxonomy, and provides Müller - Lila Logistik with highly flexible
warehousing options. Plans include features such as WGK-certified plastic sheeting and units
with enhanced floor levelness for narrow-aisle storage, enabling the facility to optimally meet a wide range of requirements
, including those related to digitalization and automation.

“At the new location, which is professionally designed for our state-of-the-art logistics operations
, we will, among other things, handle the logistics processes for a customer in the
electronics industry. Here, it works to our advantage that we’re already well-established in the region
and can therefore operate across multiple locations,” explains
Christoph Schaupp, Managing Director at the Blaufelden site. “Last year, less than 30
minutes from Dombühl, we began construction of a
highly automated logistics center in Blaufelden, where we support customers in the
Book & Media and e-commerce sectors.”
