Müller - Die lila Logistik SE is acquiring 100% of the shares in the German and

As a result, the Lila Logistik team is growing by about 700 employees to a total of 2,400. On October 26, 2022, Müller – Die lila Logistik SE signed the purchase agreement for the
acquisition of Sigloch Distribution GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Blaufelden, and the commercial property it
uses, including the Logistics Service Center (LSC), as well as Sigloch Distribution k.s.
based in Horšovský Týn (Czech Republic), including the Logistics Service
Center (LSC) operated there as well. Sigloch Distribution is one of the leading logistics service providers in the
book and media industry in Germany and offers services in Publishing Logistics, E-Fulfillment, direct marketing, retail logistics, and fashion and lifestyle
logistics, as well as e-commerce solutions.

The two Contract logistics providers complement each other perfectly. Due to their respective
different industry focuses, there has been virtually no overlap in their
client bases to date. This offers the opportunity to provide each new client with a range of value-added services
(direct marketing, E-Fulfillment, e-shop, returns and Accounts receivable management on
the one hand, and assembly, installation, production supply, and waste disposal on the other) to their respective new
customers, thereby generating significant long-term growth potential for the new
combined company.

At a time when logistics space is scarce in the region, the two expansion opportunities at Sigloch’s German and Czech locations are also having a positive impact on growth plans. The existing geographic footprint—with locations in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland—could hardly be more ideal.

From a brand perspective, Sigloch will be fully integrated into Müller – Die lila
Logistik SE in the coming months.
