Besigheim, May 20, 2026. Müller - Die lila Logistik SE is expanding its executive
board and setting the course for the next phase of its
corporate development. Going forward, three additional executives—Linus Linder as Chief Information
Officer, Giritharan Sekar as Chief Technology Officer, and Nikolaos Tsiberidis as Chief
Operating Officer—will assume C-level responsibilities.
On May 20, 2026,
the Board of Directors of Müller - Die lila Logistik SE decided to expand the Executive Board effective July 1, 2026. With this move
, the Executive Board
—previously consisting of CEO Michael Müller and CFO Rupert Früh—will grow to five members, strategically expanding its expertise to include the future-oriented fields
of information, technology, and operational excellence.
For the innovative and growth-oriented Contract logistics provider from Besigheim—with 26
locations and approximately 2,200 employees—this expansion marks another
milestone in the company’s development. At the same time, the new structure
underscores the Group’s commitment to consistently strengthening its future viability.
By appointing a CIO and a CTO, Lila Logistik also makes it clear that
investments in digitalization, automation, and process and
data expertise are part of a long-term strategic direction. The combination
of in-depth MTM expertise, deep process knowledge, and operational excellence has formed
a central foundation of the company’s development for years.
It is also particularly noteworthy that all three new C-level positions have been filled from within
the company. Furthermore, as part of the organizational adjustments, nearly 90 percent of the vacant leadership positions were
filled
internally. This underscores the sustainable personnel and succession planning
within the Lila Group. About ten years ago, Michael Müller (CEO and
company founder) and Rupert Früh (CFO) set the course for this transformation process
and have consistently driven it forward ever since.
“For us, corporate development is the optimal interplay of people,
processes, and systems. We live by this principle every day. We look forward to
working together as a team of five and are confident about the
next steps in our internal and external development,” said Michael Müller, CEO of
Müller - Die lila Logistik SE.
