The logistics of tomorrow are complex, digital, fast, and constantly changing. In order to cope with this, Müller - Die lila Logistik uses our trainee programs, which are designed for a period of 18 to 24 months, to specifically promote junior staff for specialist and management positions. If you start as a trainee with us after completing your studies, you will be involved in various projects in at least two of our locations, get to know specialists and managers, and network. In addition, you will receive extensive specialist training. Throughout the entire program, a mentor accompanies you and regularly conducts feedback discussions with you.
